Who we are

This website is run by Share Trading. We are responsible for the personal information described here. Contact us at editorial@sharetrading.org. You can ask us at any time for the name of the person responsible and we will tell you.

What we collect

This site has no accounts, no comments and no forms. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us, for example your name, email address and message if you email us. We use it to reply to you and do not use it for marketing. You can ask us to see, correct or delete it at any time, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies and fonts

We set no cookies. The fonts on this site are served from our own server, not from a third party.

Website statistics

We count visits to this site, for statistics only, using our own counting tool. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. For each page view it records the page, the site you came from, any campaign label in the link you used, your country (approximate) and whether the visitor looks like a person or a robot. To count unique visitors it uses an identifier. We do not share this data with anyone except our hosting provider, which stores it on our behalf. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. If you click 'Don't count my visits' in the footer, we remember your choice in this browser with one small local-storage flag called na_ignore; our counter stores nothing else in your browser. You can object at any time using the link in the footer, or contact us at editorial@sharetrading.org. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our site.
